The winning ticket was the only ticket that matched the 5 regular drawn balls and the mega ball in the drawing on Friday the 28th January 2022. The winning numbers were 3, 16, 25, 44, and 55 with the mega ball 13.

The winning ticket was bought in Woodland Hills, California. One very lucky person or group of people is set to start their 2022 with a huge winning. The cash value if they decide to take the lump sum payout is $292.9 million.

The jackpot had been growing since the last jackpot of $108 million was won back in October 2021. It’s not the first large jackpot this year.
