Powerball Lottery Jackpot Soars Past $300 Million

This is the third time so far this year the jackpot has passed $300 million. The largest jackpot so far this year was won on the 6th January 2018 and was a whooping $570 million. The second largest was $455 million won on March 17th 2018.

The winning numbers were 17, 19. 21. 22. 51 with the Powerball 19 and the Power Play x2.

The next Powerball drawing will be on Saturday 19th May 2018. The cash value of the $306 million estimated jackpot for Saturdays drawing is $182 million. That should buy someone a nice summer vacation.

In addition to no jackpot winners, no one matched 5 white balls on their own. 26 tickets matched 4 out of the 5 white balls, each winning $50,000. Ten of those tickets also matching the Power Play ball to double their winnings to $100,000.
